 LCC Leadership
 
The Board of Directors membership consists of county commissioners from appointed by each of our member counties.  The Board of Directors acts as the deciding group determining LCC's direction and activities. 
LCC's board of Directors meet the first Friday during eight months of the year.

Advisory Committee 
LCC's advisory committee is an appointed organization made up of people from our member counties with interest in substance use disorder services. The primary goal of the Advisory Committee will be to advise and consult with LCC on all matters relating to planning and implementing a responsive, and comprehensive substance use disorder programs for Allegan, Berrien, Muskegon, and Ottawa Counties.  LCC's Advisory Committee meets bi-monthly on the third Wednesday of the month.  For more information and scheduling of the meetings please contact LCC.

The Lakeshore Prevention Collaborative (LPC) is an opportunity for  stakeholders that provide, coordinate, or support services and activities to prevent substance use disorders to come together across the region.  The LPC partners with prevention coalitions to guide and coordinate county and regional activities to reduce Alcohol Related Traffic Crash fatalities.   The LPC also works to build regional prevention capacity, and to partner on efforts regarding other identified priorities.
